This is an ABSOLUTE BEGINNER Equipment class. This 50-minute class is a great introduction to Pilates for anyone who has wanted to give it a try; or for people with some experience taking private sessions who want to transition to a class setting or add a group class to their schedule. The format will rotate each week between Tower, Chair and Reformer (with a little mat thrown in).

This class rotates between reformer, wunda chair, and tower/springs each week. Must have some Pilates experience before signing up for this class.

Tuesdays at 7am
This class rotates through all the Pilates apparatus - one day we are on one apparatus & another we might use everything in the studio. Must have Pilates experience or teacher permission to attend this class.

Thursdays at 12pm
This class will works through the Pilates Method on the Reformer apparatus. It moves at a beginner/intermediate level but is appropriate for absolute beginners or those working to deepen their practice.

Tuesdays at 2pm
Explore the Pilates method on the Tower (the floor version of the Cadillac). This class adds more dimension to your Pilates practice as the tower/springs exercises deepen your technique and explore new dimensions than reformer and mat. Must have Pilates experience before registering for this class.

Wednesdays at 7am
Start your day off right and get your body moving! This class uses the Reformer & Tower. Pilates experience required before joining this class.

Wednesdays at 9am
This is truly an advanced Reformer class. Work on your flow and transitions as you move through the Pilates repertoire on the Reformer in the Classical order of exercises (with a few new exercises depending on the day). Must have knowledge of the Pilates Reformer or teacher permission to register.

Thursdays at 9am
This class is perfect for those with some Pilates experience. The Wunda Chair is used to explore a wide range of exercises while enhancing strength, balance and coordination. Due to the Chair’s compact size & design - this workout a fun challenge for all levels of Pilates enthusiasts. Hybrid - this class can be taken in the studio or virtually. If you do it virtually, you must have a Wunda Chair at home.

Learn the Pilates system on all of Alotapilates’ studio apparatus - the reformer, wunda chair, wall unit (aka springs/tower/cadillac). Some weeks we will focus on one piece of Classical Pilates apparatus and others will be a full studio tour!

Join this advanced Pilates class on the tower/springs (aka wall unit or floor version of the Cadillac)! This class is designed to challenge and elevate your practice - some exercises are a solid part of the tower/springs repertoire while others are archival or new explorations of movement with this fun piece of apparatus.
