We offer Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower/Springs, Mixed equipment/apparatus classes.

Sign up for class and we will send you the link to join virtually if it is not a class happening in the studio. All of our mat classes are personally tailored to the students attending.

New clients ONLY! Included are 3 Private Pilates Sessions. This is great for client new to Alotapilates or new to Pilates. Each session is tailored to you and your goals. Must attend all three sessions within two weeks. How to buy:
