This class is perfect for those with some Pilates experience. The Wunda Chair is used to explore a wide range of exercises while enhancing strength, balance and coordination. Due to the Chair’s compact size & design - this workout a fun challenge for all levels of Pilates enthusiasts. Hybrid - this class can be taken in the studio or virtually. If you do it virtually, you must have a Wunda Chair at home.
